We strive to make the enrollment process simple, as well as informative for our families.
Our Process
Our online application is the first step. After that, we will work with you for a seamless and enjoyable "onboarding". We promise to make sure you feel comfortable and move things at a pace that is complimentary to your specific situation.
Application & Enrollment Process
Incoming Kindergarteners and PreK (4's)
Complete and submit the online application with the following supporting documents:
Copy of previous Educational Evaluations (if applicable)
A screening will be scheduled.
An acceptance letter will be mailed to parents.
An email from the school will be sent with steps to complete enrollment in FACTS.
Students are considered registered after the enrollment packet is complete and the registration fee is paid.
Completing registration holds your child’s spot on the class list for the upcoming school year.
Incoming 1st-8th Graders
Complete and submit the online application with the following supporting documents:
Copy of Report Card from current and previous year
Copy of Standardized test scores from previous year
Copy of previous Educational Evaluations (if applicable)
The school will contact a parent within a week of application submission to schedule an interview with the Principal and Assistant Principal.
A screening may be scheduled.

Shadow Days at SJV
SJV offers shadow days for any prospective student. Prospective students are encouraged to visit and try us out. We will assign your student an overly excited and extremely helpful student ambassador to show you around during the school day.
